Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-09

This Privacy Policy explains what information Fast Rocket LLC ("Fast Rocket," "we," "us") collects through our website at fastrocket-tech.com (the "Site") and how we use it.

1. Who we are

Fast Rocket LLC is a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L25000291570) with its principal place of business at 9240 Fontainebleau Blvd, Suite 103, Miami, FL 33172. We design, host, and maintain websites for small businesses.

For privacy questions or to exercise any of the rights described below, contact us at [email protected].

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers only this Site. It does not cover:

  • Services we provide to you as a client (each engagement is governed by a separate written agreement with its own privacy and confidentiality terms);
  • Websites we build for clients (those have their own privacy policies operated by the client);
  • Third-party websites we link to.

3. Information we collect

(a) Information you give us directly

When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, business name, optional phone number, and the content of your message. We do not require any other information to receive a reply.

Each submission is stored in our database (Supabase, see Section 5) along with the IP address from which it was sent and your browser's user-agent string. We use the IP address and user-agent for fraud and abuse prevention only.

(b) Server-level information

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically retains short-lived server logs including IP address, request timestamp, and user agent. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging, and are retained per Cloudflare's standard practices (typically a few days).

(c) Aggregated, anonymous traffic data

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. It tells us aggregated information like page-view counts, top pages, country-level geography, and referrer domains.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

4. How we use information

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and discuss whether we are a fit;
  • Maintain a record of our communication;
  • (Where you have separately consented) send you marketing communications about our services — see Section 7.

We do not use your contact information for any other purpose without your consent.

5. Service providers

The following service providers may process your contact-form data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, DNS, web analytics, contact-form delivery, and email routing (forwards messages sent to addresses at fastrocket-tech.com to our destination email account). Privacy policy.
  • Supabase, Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database where contact-form submissions are stored. The database is hosted in the United States (us-east-1). Privacy policy.
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery (sends a notification of your contact-form submission to our inbox). Privacy policy.
  • Google LLC (Gmail) — operates the destination email account where contact-form submissions and ongoing correspondence with you are stored. We currently use a personal Gmail account for this purpose; we expect to migrate to Google Workspace as the business scales. Privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with any third party for their independent marketing purposes.

6. AI-assisted reply drafting

We sometimes use AI writing tools (currently Anthropic's Claude) to help draft responses to inquiries. When we do, we may paste portions of your message into the tool to generate a draft reply. Data shared with these tools is processed subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not authorize any AI provider to use your data to train their models, and the tools we use do not train on customer data by default.

If you do not want any portion of your message processed by AI tools, simply tell us in your message and we will respond entirely without them.

7. Marketing communications

We may, from time to time, send you occasional emails about our services, new offerings, or relevant industry tips, but only if we obtained your email address directly from you (e.g., through a prior inquiry). When we do, we will:

  • Include a clear unsubscribe link in every marketing email;
  • Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, in accordance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701);
  • Never share your email with third parties for their marketing purposes.

If you never want marketing emails from us, reply to any of our emails asking us not to add you, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

8. Data retention

  • Contact-form submissions (in our database and email inbox) — retained until our communication with you is clearly concluded with no expected follow-up. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
  • Cloudflare server logs — retained per Cloudflare's standard practices (typically a few days).
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics data — aggregated and anonymous, retained per Cloudflare's standard practices.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to access — request a copy of personal information we hold about you;
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information;
  • Right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not sell or share your information for behavioral advertising;
  • Right to data portability — request a copy of your information in a portable format;
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service or charge different prices for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests; verification is typically done by replying from the email address we have on file.

These rights are derived from the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We extend them to all users regardless of jurisdiction.

If you are an EU or UK resident and believe we have not adequately addressed a request, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children

This Site is intended for adults operating or considering hiring services for their business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. International users

Fast Rocket LLC is based in the United States. If you submit information from outside the U.S., that information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using this Site, you consent to that transfer.

12. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect contact-form data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (within our service providers' systems). However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how we handle existing data will be communicated, when feasible, by email to recent contact-form submitters.
