Terms of Use

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Fast Rocket LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L25000291570) with its principal place of business at 9240 Fontainebleau Blvd, Suite 103, Miami, FL 33172.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Scope — what these Terms cover

These Terms govern only your use of the Site. They do not govern any services we provide to you as a client.

Any web design, hosting, or maintenance services Fast Rocket LLC provides to you are governed by a separate written agreement (a Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work) signed by you and us. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a separate services agreement, the services agreement controls.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, copy, branding, and Fast Rocket logos are owned by Fast Rocket LLC or licensed to us. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or republish any portion of the Site;
• Use our brand assets, logos, or wordmarks;
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots) to extract data beyond what a normal browser would access;
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Site.

Excerpting brief, attributed quotes for commentary, news, or research is permitted under fair use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form;
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or threatening;
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• Use the Site to send spam, malware, or attempt phishing.

6. Contact form submissions

By submitting our contact form, you grant Fast Rocket LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we are a fit, and (if we engage) carry out preliminary discussions with you. This license terminates when our communication with you concludes.

You represent that any information you submit is your own (or you have permission to submit it) and is not subject to a confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation that would prevent us from receiving it.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimers — no warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Rocket LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Rocket LLC and its members, managers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or (b) amounts paid by you to Fast Rocket LLC for access to the Site in the preceding twelve (12) months.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim and even if Fast Rocket LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. For paid client services, the limitation of liability set out in your separate services agreement controls.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Rocket LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) information you submit through the contact form that is false, infringing, or unlawful.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Fast Rocket LLC regarding the Site.
